This is my first winter with a toddler and it has been harder than I anticipated. Max is very active and loves new adventures but a persistent runny nose and extremely cold weather have hampered our explorations. Today Max and I reached new levels of stir craziness. This is what I came up with to break up the monotony.
I filled up a bowl of water and let Max go nuts. There was water everywhere and I didn't even care. Max was happy, I was happy, and the mess was contained to a relatively small area of the house. Who knew a bowl of water and a measuring cup could be so much fun!
