We are both alive

Carl and I are officially parents of two kids.  Joseph Brock was born on June 28th.  He was 21 inches long and weighed 8 lb 2 oz; I think his length partially explains my gigantic belly.  I had an emergency c-section because the little dude's umbilical cord was wrapped from his neck to his toes.  I will eventually post his picture but the cord to my camera is still in Omaha.
